A Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) deflagrou uma operação que culminou na prisão preventiva de um homem, de 31 anos, suspeito de envolvimento em crimes de pornografia infantil em Nova Serrana. A ação, conduzida pela equipe da Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher (Deam) na cidade, ocorreu na terça-feira (28/11).
A investigação iniciou-se em 16 de outubro deste ano, após o recebimento de uma notícia-crime reportada pela Polícia Federal, que relatava a aquisição e posse de pornografia infanto-juvenil pelo suspeito. Ao todo, foram identificados 467 arquivos contendo imagens e vídeos de pornografia infantil associados ao perfil do suspeito, confirmando a prática do crime de armazenamento de fotos de crianças com cenas de nudez e sexo, previsto no art. 241-B do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA).
Diante dos indícios de autoria e materialidade, a PCMG identificou o suspeito e representou pela prisão preventiva e pela expedição de mandado de busca e apreensão, ambos deferidos pelo Poder Judiciário. Durante a execução dos mandados, o investigado foi preso e, com ele, apreendidos três celulares, dois pen-drives, dois HDs, um notebook e um computador.
O investigado foi encaminhado ao sistema prisional e permanece à disposição da Justiça. (COM ASCOM-PCMG)
