POLÍCIA IDENTIFICA EMPRESAS ENVOLVIDAS NO ESQUEMA DE FALSIFICAÇÃO DE SABÃO EM PÓ

A Polícia Civil identificou 16 empresas envolvidas em um esquema de distribuição e venda de sabão em pó falsificado, com foco de atuação na região Centro-Oeste de Minas. Entre os estabelecimentos identificados estão supermercados, atacarejos e centros de distribuição, sendo algumas delas apontadas como empresas fantasmas. Nessa fase da operação, os policiais apreenderam cerca de 85 toneladas do produto.

A ação contou com a colaboração dos setores de qualidade e jurídico do fabricante do produto verdadeiro, com trabalhos policiais realizados em Nova Serrana, Belo Horizonte, Betim, Contagem, Ribeirão das Neves, Juatuba, Matheus Leme, Itaúna, Divinópolis, Oliveira, além das cidades de Vitória, Vila Velha e Cariacica, no estado do Espírito Santo.

De acordo com o delegado Weslley Castro, responsável pelas investigações, após a identificação de uma rede de supermercados que revendia o produto falso, os policiais encontraram anotações em um galpão, onde era realizada a falsificação. Dessa forma, foi possível verificar os fornecedores, e identificar a cadeia de distribuição e venda final do produto.

No decorrer das investigações, a polícia apurou que parte do material havia sido encaminhado ao estado capixaba, após a deflagração da primeira fase da operação. Com apoio da Polícia Civil do Espírito Santo, foram apreendidas cerca de 25 toneladas do material em duas redes de supermercado de Minas Gerais que atuam também naquele estado.

Segundo Weslley, a empresa responsável pela fabricação do sabão em pó original tem apoiado as investigações e irá apresentar aos consumidores informações sobre como identificar produtos verdadeiros.

As investigações prosseguem com o objetivo de encontrar os responsáveis por todas as empresas envolvidas no esquema, bem como os núcleos responsáveis pelas criações de empresas fantasmas, notas fiscais frias e lavagens de capitais dentro das organizações criminosas.
