O 60º Batalhão de Polícia Militar lançou ontem (2), a Base Comunitária Móvel em Nova Serrana. A cerimônia foi realizada na praça da lagoa no bairro Jardim do Lago.
O objetivo das bases comunitárias é atuar de maneira itinerante em toda a cidade, para garantir a segurança pública. De acordo com a PM, a Base Comunitária Móvel Urbana (BCM) é um serviço preventivo prestado por uma equipe de policiais militares para aplicação do “Policiamento orientado para o problema” com o apoio da comunidade, que terá como missão executar o policiamento ostensivo geral personalizado, conforme necessidade de cada comunidade para identificar, analisar e responder aos problemas de segurança pública e melhorar a qualidade de vida da comunidade local.
A BCM funcionará todos os dias e poderá ser instalada em outros locais que tiverem problemas relacionados com a Segurança Pública. “O 60° BPM continuará trabalhando de modo que seja mantida uma qualidade de vida sustentável e com segurança pública aos cidadãos de Nova Serrana, para que nossa população possa sempre desenvolver e empreender, tornando-se referência como a cidade que mais cresce no estado de Minas Gerais”, informou a PM em nota à imprensa.
