As pessoas cadastradas até julho de 2022, no CadÚnico, poderão agendar até o dia 10 de março a retirada do conversor digital. A solicitação deve ser feita pelo telefone 0800 000 1620, disponível para atendimento de segunda a sexta, das 8h às 18h. Não é possível realizar o procedimento no Centro Administrativo do município. Outra opção para efetuar o agendamento, além do telefone, é pelo site (CLIQUE AQUI). No momento da solicitação o usuário precisa estar com o NIS ou CPF em mãos.
A entrega do equipamento se dará conforme o televisor indicado no momento do agendamento. Cabe ao responsável familiar, ou a um membro indicado da família que conste na composição familiar do Cadastro Único, fazer a retirada do conversor.
