PREFEITURA DE DIVINÓPOLIS PROMOVE LEILÃO PARA VENDA DE LOTES

Em Divinópolis, a Prefeitura realiza um leilão, no dia 8 de junho, para a venda de 24 lotes em três bairros do município. O evento ocorrerá às 9h, no 3º andar do Centro Administrativo, sala 315.

Trezes lotes estão localizados no Bairro Santo André com o valor inicial de R$ 25.050. No Bairro Padre Eustáquio são nove lotes de R$ 29,4 mil a R$ 35,5 mil. Os outros dois lotes estão localizados no Bairro Levindo Paula Pereira com lance inicial de R$ 160,4 mil. Os imóveis estão abertos e podem ser visitados sem autorização prévia ou ateste de visitação.

Conforme o edital, os lotes podem ser pagos à vista ou parcelado com entrada 15% e mais três parcelas. A expectativa da Prefeitura é que o município consiga arrecadar mais de R$ 950 mil.
