A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana informa à população como ficará o funcionamento das repartições públicas municipais durante os pontos facultativos e feriados de fim de ano. As orientações seguem os Decretos nº 132/2025, nº 133/2025 e nº 138/2025, publicados no Diário Oficial do Município.
Pontos facultativos e feriados
O calendário estabelecido para o período é o seguinte:
- 22 de dezembro (segunda-feira) – Ponto facultativo municipal
- 23 de dezembro (terça-feira) – Ponto facultativo municipal
- 24 de dezembro (quarta-feira) – Véspera de Natal (ponto facultativo)
- 25 de dezembro (quinta-feira) – Natal (feriado nacional)
- 26 de dezembro (sexta-feira) – Ponto facultativo municipal
- 29 de dezembro (segunda-feira) – Ponto facultativo municipal
- 30 de dezembro (terça-feira) – Ponto facultativo municipal
- 31 de dezembro (quarta-feira) – Véspera de Ano Novo (ponto facultativo)
- 1º de janeiro (quinta-feira) – Aniversário da Cidade e Confraternização Universal (feriado nacional)
- 2 de janeiro (sexta-feira) – Ponto facultativo municipal
Conforme o Decreto nº 138/2025, nos dias 22, 23, 29 e 30 de dezembro, além de 02 de janeiro, o funcionamento dos órgãos municipais será ajustado, com a manutenção dos serviços essenciais e atendimentos prioritários à população.
Saúde
A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde funcionará normalmente nos dias 22, 23, 29 e 30 de dezembro garantindo atendimento à população nas seguintes unidades e serviços em todas as Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs), Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), Policlínica, nos atendimentos de rotina e serviços programados.
Nos dias 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31 de dezembro e 01 e 02 de janeiro os colaboradores estarão de sobreaviso para possíveis demandas e intercorrências.
A Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA), o Serviço de Atendimento Domiciliar (SAD) e o transporte de pacientes previamente agendados serão mantidos em funcionamento todos os dias sem alterações.
Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade
O Instituto Mineiro de Agropecuária (IMA) manterá atendimento normal para emissão de guias nos dias 22, 23, 29 e 30 de dezembro, na Sala A6 do Centro Administrativo.
Obras e Desenvolvimento Urbano
O atendimento administrativo da Secretaria de Obras e Desenvolvimento Urbano ocorrerá das 12h às 16h nos dias 22,23, 29 e 30 de dezembro.
Serviços essenciais mantidos
Os serviços considerados essenciais continuarão funcionando normalmente, com escalas próprias de trabalho, garantindo a continuidade dos atendimentos: Limpeza urbana e coleta de lixo; Velório Municipal; Guarda Civil Municipal; SUTTRAN; Defesa Civil; Conselho Tutelar; Centro POP e Sistema Olho Vivo.
Clube Municipal
O Clube Municipal estará aberto para lazer a partir do dia 20 de dezembro. Nos dias 24 e 25 de dezembro, assim como em 31 de dezembro e 1º de janeiro, o clube ficará fechado. Todas as atividades esportivas entrarão em recesso e em período de férias, com retorno a ser comunicado posteriormente.
A Prefeitura reforça que as medidas visam garantir a organização administrativa e a continuidade dos serviços essenciais, assegurando o atendimento à população durante o período de fim de ano.
