A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana publicou a lista com os feriados nacionais, estaduais, municipais e pontos facultativos em 2022 no município. O decreto foi publicado no Diário Oficial dessa segunda-feira (6). Veja só:

– 20 de janeiro, quinta-feira, Dia do Padroeiro da Cidade – São Sebastião (feriado municipal, conforme Lei Municipal nº 1.695/2002);
– 21 de janeiro, sexta-feira (ponto facultativo);
– 28 de fevereiro, segunda-feira, Carnaval (ponto facultativo municipal);
– 1º de março, terça-feira, Carnaval (feriado municipal, conforme Lei Municipal nº 1.805/2004);
– 2 de março, quarta-feira, “Cinzas” (ponto facultativo municipal, até às 12h);
– 14 de abril, quinta-feira santa (ponto facultativo municipal);
– 15 de abril, sexta-feira, Paixão de Cristo (feriado municipal, conforme Lei Municipal nº 1.805/2004);
– 21 de abril, quinta-feira, Dia de Tiradentes (feriado nacional);
– 22 de abril, sexta-feira, (ponto facultativo);
– 1º de maio, domingo, Dia do Trabalhador (feriado nacional);

– 31 de outubro, segunda-feira Comemoração do Dia do Servidor Público (ponto facultativo municipal);

– 02 de novembro, quarta-feira, Dia de Finados (feriado nacional);
– 14 de novembro, segunda-feira, (ponto facultativo municipal);
– 15 de novembro, terça-feira, Proclamação da República (feriado nacional);

Nas datas em que recaírem “pontos facultativos”, os setores de limpeza urbana, coleta de lixo, Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA), transportes de pacientes já agendados pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde e demais serviços essenciais à população, inclusive o sistema de “olho-vivo” e a Guarda Municipal, deverão funcionar normalmente.
As Escolas Municipais e os Centros Municipais de Educação Infantil funcionarão normalmente nos dias considerados como letivos pelo calendário escolar homologado, ainda que se trate de “pontos facultativos” municipais.
Os Servidores cedidos deverão acompanhar o horário de expediente dos Órgãos em que estejam prestando serviços.
