Durante a manhã desta segunda-feira (25), a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) apreendeu grande quantidade de pasta base de cocaína e prendeu um traficante na BR 262, km 477, em Bom Despacho.
Os policiais realizavam ação de combate ao crime na rodovia quando deram ordem de parada a um veículo Toyota/Corolla com placas do município de Cuiabá (MT).
Em vistoria no interior do automóvel, foi localizado, no encosto do banco traseiro, 25 tabletes de pasta base de cocaína, totalizando um pouco mais de 25kg da droga. O prejuízo aos traficantes está estimado em mais de R$3 milhões.
O condutor disse que o veículo foi carregado com a droga no município de Postes e Lacerda (MT), e que receberia o valor de R$11 mil para entregar a mercadoria em Nova Serrana.
Diante do fato, o autor foi preso e encaminhado, juntamente com a droga, à Delegacia de Polícia de Bom Despacho.
