Começou hoje (10) e termina quinta-feira (13) o prazo para que os selecionados para bolsas remanescentes do Programa Universidade para Todos (Prouni), relativo ao primeiro semestre de 2021, entreguem à instituição de ensino pretendida a documentação comprovando as informações declaradas no ato de inscrição. A documentação pode ser encaminhada por meio eletrônico, disponibilizado pela instituição. Caso contrário, o candidato classificado deve comparecer de forma presencial à instituição.
O Prouni é o programa do governo federal que oferece bolsas de estudo, integrais e parciais (50%), em instituições particulares de educação superior. Para ter acesso à bolsa integral, o estudante deve comprovar renda familiar bruta mensal de até 1,5 salário mínimo por pessoa. Para a bolsa parcial, a renda familiar bruta mensal deve ser de até 3 salários mínimos por pessoa.
É necessário também que o estudante tenha cursado o ensino médio completo em escola da rede pública ou da rede privada, na condição de bolsista integral. Professores da rede pública de ensino também podem disputar uma bolsa, e, nesse caso, não se aplica o limite de renda exigido dos demais candidatos.
As bolsas remanescentes são aquelas não preenchidas no processo seletivo, nas duas chamadas regulares e também na lista de espera do programa. A disponibilidade dessas bolsas ocorre por desistência dos candidatos pré-selecionados ou falta de documentação, por exemplo. O Ministério da Educação (MEC) ainda não divulgou a quantidade de vagas remanescentes. Neste semestre, o Prouni ofereceu, no total, mais de 162 mil bolsas.
O candidato pode escolher até duas opções de instituição, curso e turno entre as bolsas disponíveis, de acordo com seu perfil. As notas de corte de cada curso são disponibilizadas pelo sistema, em caráter informativo. O candidato pode acompanhar as notas de corte e alterar suas opções até o encerramento das inscrições. A inscrição válida é sempre a última confirmada pelo candidato.
