As provas do Exame Nacional para Certificação de Competências de Jovens e Adultos 2020 (Encceja) foram remarcadas para o dia 29 de agosto. Por causa do cenário da pandemia da covid-19, que deixou vários estados com capacidade menor que 80% dos leitos para pacientes acometidos pelo novo coronavírus, o Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep) ajustou o cronograma da prova, inicialmente prevista para o dia 25 de abril. A alteração está publicada no Diário Oficial da União de sexta-feira (9).
Em nota, o Inep ressaltou que está empenhado em realizar a edição 2020 do Encceja e não tem medido esforços para cumprir sua missão institucional, sempre com aprimoramento de seus instrumentos.
“Do ponto de vista técnico-pedagógico, a postergação da data de aplicação do Encceja 2020 trará o menor impacto possível diante do estado de emergência de saúde pública de importância internacional. Assim, seguindo as recomendações já expressas por autoridades brasileiras, para a garantia da segurança de todos os envolvidos nas atividades de aplicação do exame, o Instituto entende a necessidade de adequação do calendário de aplicação das provas”, diz o documento.
Segundo o Inep, 1.630.046 participantes estão confirmados para o Encceja 2020. Desse total, 301.438 farão provas para obter certificação de ensino fundamental e 1.328.608 para o ensino médio. A participação no Encceja é voluntária, gratuita – para quem não faltou à última edição – e destinada a jovens e adultos que não concluíram os estudos na idade apropriada. Por meio do exame, que avalia competências, habilidades e saberes adquiridos no processo escolar ou extraescolar, os participantes têm a oportunidade de conseguir a certificação para as duas etapas de ensino.
Entre outras finalidades, o Encceja também possibilita que os gestores educacionais se baseiem na avaliação para corrigir questões relacionadas ao fluxo escolar, como a evasão de estudantes. Dessa forma, o exame serve de baliza para a implementação de procedimentos e políticas, visando à melhoria da qualidade na oferta da educação de jovens e adultos, bem como o aperfeiçoamento do processo de certificação. Além disso, os resultados das provas viabilizam o desenvolvimento de estudos e indicadores sobre o sistema educacional brasileiro.
– Material
Os interessados no Encceja podem acessar diversos materiais de estudo, desenvolvidos pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC), disponíveis no portal do Inep. Além das apostilas com conteúdo de todas as etapas e áreas de conhecimento, o instituto também possibilita o acesso a provas e gabaritos de edições anteriores. Todo o material é gratuito.
Aos inscritos para a certificação do ensino fundamental é disponibilizado conteúdo de matemática; ciências; história e geografia; língua portuguesa, língua estrangeira, artes e educação física. Já as apostilas para a certificação do ensino médio são de ciências da natureza e suas tecnologias; ciências humanas e suas tecnologias; linguagens, códigos e suas tecnologias e matemática e suas tecnologias.
Na página do Encceja no portal do Inep, há uma série de apostilas voltada para os professores. O conteúdo apresenta sugestões de trabalho, com o objetivo de direcionar os professores em relação ao desenvolvimento das competências e habilidades que estruturam o exame.
