Quase 850 mil pessoas (844.673) foram impactadas até o momento pelas chuvas fortes que atingem o Rio Grande do Sul desde a semana passada.  O boletim mais recente da Defesa Civil – divulgado às 18h de domingo (5) – indica que há 78 mortes confirmadas e pelo menos mais quatro em investigação. O número de feridos é de 175 e há 105 desaparecidos.

 

Devido ao mau tempo, 134.331 pessoas tiveram de abandonar as casas em que vivem, sendo que 115.844 estão desalojadas e outras 18.487 vivem em abrigos. Dos 497 municípios gaúchos, 341 foram afetados por alguma ocorrência relacionada às chuvas.

 

Governo de Minas envia auxílio no socorro às vítimas

O Governo de Minas, por meio do Gabinete Militar do Governador (GMG), reforça o apoio nas ações de busca e salvamento de vítimas das inundações provocadas pelas recentes chuvas que atingiram o Rio Grande do Sul (RS). O governador Romeu Zema anunciou, neste domingo (5/5), o envio para o estado gaúcho de mais duas aeronaves, entre elas um helicóptero, com recurso de sobrevoo noturno.

 

Outra ajuda importante do Governo de Minas, por meio da Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais (Copasa), é o envio de uma equipe composta por 20 técnicos para auxiliar na retomada da operação das estações de tratamento de água.

 

Equipes do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Minas Gerais (CBMMG) já estão no Rio Grande do Sul desde a última quinta-feira (2/5). Ao todo, 28 militares participam das ações, a maior equipe de apoio em missões especiais fora do estado. (COM INFORMAÇÕES E IMAGENS AGÊNCIA BRASIL E AGÊNCIA MINAS)
