Gestores municipais, órgãos governamentais, ONGs, associações, empresas privadas e todos os cidadãos podem ser parceiros da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde (SES-MG) na Rede de Mobilização Social. No estado, os participantes atuam para estimular o interesse da população por questões pertinentes à saúde, a partir de dados seguros e oficiais, referendados pelas autoridades sanitárias do Governo de Minas.
“Levar informações de credibilidade sobre promoção da saúde, prevenção de doenças, cuidados com o corpo, com a mente, alertar cada um dos mineiros acerca da importância em manter hábitos saudáveis. Esta é a nossa meta”, explica o secretário de Estado de Saúde, o médico Carlos Eduardo Amaral.
O trabalho desenvolvido pela equipe de Mobilização da SES tem início na comunicação social do Nível Central, em Belo Horizonte, de onde as estratégias são direcionadas para as 28 Unidades Regionais de Saúde (URSs). As unidades, por sua vez, orientam os municípios de suas respectivas jurisdições.
A partir do alinhamento entre todos os envolvidos, as ações são executadas para garantir que o conhecimento chegue a todos os cidadãos. Normalmente, oficinas de capacitação, de teatro e de reciclagem de resíduos são algumas das iniciativas desenvolvidas pelo Núcleo, que também trabalha com blitzes educativas, palestras e panfletagem.
Para alcançar cada vez mais os objetivos e expandir as ações para os 853 municípios mineiros, a SES-MG convida toda a população a fazer parte da rede de mobilização. “Fazemos este chamamento à sociedade: seja parceiro voluntário desta missão, que tem como compromisso, a saúde”, ressalta o secretário Carlos Eduardo Amaral.

A Rede Estadual de Mobilização Social em Saúde está assim oficializada pela Resolução SES/MG Nº 5663. Além da missão de envolver o cidadão na execução dos programas de prevenção e promoção à saúde do Estado, também são objetivos da rede: sensibilizar autoridades públicas, dirigentes e demais membros de instituições governamentais, não governamentais e comunidades para agirem como corresponsáveis pela saúde pública; ampliar a abrangência do processo de participação popular a todo o estado; propiciar melhor coordenação da estratégia de mobilização social junto às Unidades Regionais de Saúde; e incentivar a identificação, a criação, quando necessário, e a manutenção de Núcleos de Mobilização Social junto aos municípios.
