O Refis 2022 foi criado pela Lei Municipal 3.011/22 e autoriza o município a receber com descontos de até 90% nos juros e multas os créditos consolidados até o dia 31 de dezembro de 2021. O contribuinte também pode parcelar em até 10 vezes os débitos.
Para quitar as dívidas atrasadas, o contribuinte pode optar pelas seguintes opções:

Lembrando que os descontos incidirão em cima dos valores de multas e juros e as parcelas são mensais e consecutivas.
O prazo para o contribuinte aderir ao Refis 2022 até o dia 12 de setembro de 2022. A quitação da parcela única deverá ocorrer em, no máximo, cinco dias úteis após a adesão ao Programa.
A adesão ao Programa se dará mediante assinatura do Termo de Confissão e Parcelamento de Dívida, pelo próprio cidadão ou seu procurador constituído, importando a assinatura deste Termo na confissão irrevogável e irretratável dos créditos consolidados bem como em expressa renúncia a qualquer defesa, recurso administrativo ou judicial, além da desistência dos eventualmente já interpostos, nos processos em curso, relativos aos créditos renegociados dentro dos parâmetros desta Lei. A adesão ao Programa importará, ainda, na suspensão do prazo da prescrição da cobrança do crédito.
Caso o contribuinte faça a adesão ao programa e não efetue o pagamento as parcelas inadimplidas retornarão ao status anterior, com o lançamento de 100% do valor de juros e multa de mora. Havendo pagamento somente de parte do débito e inadimplência de outra parte, o saldo residual será acrescido dos juros e multa na importância de 100% do valor da parte inadimplida.
