    A resiliência é uma palavra que vem da física que significa “propriedade que alguns corpos apresentam de retornar à forma original após terem sido submetidos a uma deformação elástica”, mas esta palavra também é usada pela psicológica, sendo “o conceito de resiliência refere-se à capacidade do indivíduo de enfrentar as adversidades, manter uma habilidade adaptativa, ser transformado por elas, recuperar-se ou conseguir superá-las”.

      Хилари Дафф всегда ассоциируется у меня с подростковыми годами: сериал Lizzie McGuire, клипы и песни вроде «So Yesterday» или «Come Clean» до сих пор вызывают улыбку. Интересно, что, повзрослев, она не пропала из поля зрения — новые роли, музыка, семья. При этом остаётся такой же естественной и близкой к своим фанатам. Думаю, поэтому её до сих пор любят и переслушивают. А вы впервые узнали о ней по сериалу или через музыку?
