A partir de 1º de janeiro de 2023, o salário mínimo, que atualmente é de R$ 1.212, será de R$ 1.302. O valor atualizado está em uma medida provisória publicada nesta segunda-feira (12) no Diário Oficial da União.
Em nota, a Secretaria-Geral da Presidência da República explicou que valor considera uma variação da inflação de 5,81%, acrescida de ganho real de cerca de 1,5%.
“O valor de R$ 1.302,00 se refere ao salário mínimo nacional. O valor é aplicável a todos os trabalhadores, do setor público e privado, como também para as aposentadorias e pensões”, acrescenta a nota.
Por se tratar de medida provisória, o texto terá de ser analisado por deputados e senadores. O mesmo novo valor para o salário mínimo já estava previsto no projeto de Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) de 2023, que foi enviado ao Congresso Nacional em agosto.
