A Polícia Civil cumpriu, na quarta-feira (14), mandado de busca e apreensão na residência de um homem, de 35 anos, suspeito de instalar câmeras para filmar mulheres dentro de banheiros femininos em diversos estabelecimentos na cidade de Santo Antônio do Monte. Durante a ação, foram apreendidos um celular e o equipamento utilizado para as gravações. Até o momento, foram identificadas três vítimas com idades entre 22 e 37 anos.
Os procedimentos investigativos tiveram início em fevereiro deste ano, a partir do recebimento de denúncia de uma das vítimas. Conforme apurado, o investigado era contratado para prestar serviços de eletricista em comércios e em repartições públicas do município. Assim, enquanto permanecia nos locais, ele aproveitava-se do livre acesso e instalava as câmeras nos banheiros, a fim de capturar imagens de mulheres que ali frequentavam. Ao finalizar os trabalhos, ele retirava o aparelho.
Após as investigações, que indicaram a autoria, o delegado Lucélio da Silva representou pelo mandado de busca e apreensão contra o alvo. “Ao ser questionado, o suspeito confirmou os fatos e informou que a caixa do equipamento utilizado para as gravações estava na casa de seus pais e que ele havia destruído o aparelho, depois de ter se arrependido dos crimes cometidos. Contudo, após a equipe se deslocar ao local informado, o investigado resolveu entregar a caixa do equipamento aos policiais”, conta.
De acordo com Silva, os levantamentos apontam que as câmeras teriam sido instaladas em dois estabelecimentos. Ainda segundo o delegado, o celular apreendido será submetido à análise da perícia técnica. Ao final do inquérito policial, o investigado poderá responder pelo crime de registro não autorizado de intimidade sexual, previsto no art. 216-B do Código Penal, cuja pena pode chegar a um ano de prisão e multa.
