A Secretaria Municipal de Cultura e Turismo de Nova Serrana torna público os editais da Lei Paulo Gustavo (LPG) e da Política Nacional Aldir Blanc de Fomento à Cultura (PNAB). Em quatro editais, estão sendo disponibilizados R$ 783.250,92 em diversas categorias, voltadas à área do audiovisual e cultura popular.
A Lei Paulo Gustavo (Lei Complementar 195/2022) é a lei federal que destina recursos para o setor cultural, sobretudo o Audiovisual do Brasil, visando reduzir os prejuízos causados pela pandemia de COVID-19. Nesta modalidade serão destinados R$ 473.250,92, referente ao saldo atualizado monetariamente e não distribuído em 2023 pelo município de Nova Serrana. Na PNAB (Lei 14.399/2024), estão sendo destinados R$ 310.000,00 em cinco categorias.
Para o secretário municipal de Cultura e Turismo, Hudson Bruno Lemos, a iniciativa vem coroar o bom momento da cultura em Nova Serrana. “Em janeiro deste ano, o prefeito Euzebio Lago reinstalou a Secretaria Municipal de Cultura e Turismo de Nova Serrana dando a atenção merecida ao setor e agentes culturais. Ainda em 2023, lançamos os primeiros editais da LPG e conseguimos pagar em março, recursos na ordem de 520 mil reais. São trabalhos no Audiovisual que estão sendo executados, além de premiações à agentes culturais/entidades inéditos na história de Nova Serrana. Já na Política Aldir Blanc de Fomento à Cultura, uma novidade em 2024, apoiaremos 40 projetos totalizando 310 mil reais. É um orgulho apresentar mais recursos financeiros para o fomento da cultura local”.
O gestor cultura ainda salienta a importância de ler os editais e atender aos critérios de seleção. “A destinação destes recursos possui regras conforme a lei e decretos de regulamentação do governo Federal. Além de ler todo o edital, prioritariamente, os interessados precisam ler os critérios de avaliação do mérito cultural, além de estar com toda a documentação exigida (certidões negativas) para estar aptos a receber os recursos” conclui Hudson Bruno.
Editais da Lei Paulo Gustavo
No Edital 01/2024, categoria A, da Lei Paulo Gustavo serão selecionados quatro projetos de produção de curtas-metragens com o valor de R$ 53.500,00 cada um. Na categoria B, serão selecionados dois projetos para a formação em audiovisual com o valor de R$ 28.000,00 cada projeto. No Edital 02/2024, será premiada Salas de Cinemas sediadas no município de Nova Serrana, com o valor de R$ 114.855,32. Já no Edital 03/2024, serão premiadas quatro agentes culturais ou entidades nas áreas de Festa do Reinado, Festa Junina, Banda de Música e Artes Plásticas com o valor de R$ 22.098,90 cada.

O edital de chamamento da Política Aldir Blanc de Fomento à Cultura contemplará 40 propostas, nas categorias de Capacitação dos Agentes Culturais, Apoio à Exposição Cultural, Apoio à Produção de Espetáculos/Shows, Ações Educacionais para Formação de Público e Apoio a Projetos Culturais.
