SEGUNDA-FEIRA (20) É FERIADO MUNICIPAL EM NOVA SERRANA
O dia 20 de janeiro é oficialmente feriado municipal em Nova Serrana, conforme estabelecido pela Lei Municipal nº 1.695/2002. A data homenageia São Sebastião, padroeiro da cidade.
Durante o feriado, serviços essenciais à população continuarão operando normalmente, incluindo: a limpeza urbana e coleta de lixo; a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA); o transporte de pacientes previamente agendados pela Secretaria de Saúde e a Guarda Civil Municipal.
Por outro lado, o Centro Administrativo; UBSs, PSFs, CAPs, Policlínica, Farmácias e demais Unidades Municipais de Saúdes; CMEIs, Biblioteca e Escolas Municipais; e os demais serviços administrativos e de atendimento ao público do município estarão fechados e tornam o trabalho normalmente na terça-feira (21).
A Prefeitura reforça que a manutenção dos serviços essenciais reflete o compromisso com o bem-estar da população. Em caso de emergência entre em contato com a Defesa Civil (199), com o Corpo de Bombeiros (193) ou com o SAMU (192).
Programação Católica na Igreja Matriz
A Paróquia de São Sebastião de Nova Serrana, que nesta segunda-feira (20) comemora 101 anos de instalação, está realizando uma novena que começou dia 11/1, com celebrações e missa sempre a partir de 19h. Segundo a programação, no feriado de segunda (20) haverá missa às 9h e 17h – com procissão e missa Solene logo em seguida. Barraquinhas estão sendo promovidas por paroquianos nos arredores da igreja.
A Paróquia de São Sebastião de Nova Serrana foi instalada em 20 de janeiro de 1924, quando o território do atual município pertencia a Pitangui, como distrito do Cercado.
