A Portaria INSS Nº 1514, publicada no DOU de 1º de novembro, traz o retorno da rotina de avaliações do Programa de Reabilitação Profissional. Suspensa durante a pandemia, essa rotina nada mais é que um procedimento padrão para que o segurado em reabilitação seja encaminhado para exame médico pericial.
“Há se falado em pente-fino da reabilitação, mas essa informação é incorreta. Não se trata de um procedimento revisional, e sim de um procedimento padrão do programa de reabilitação profissional”, esclareceu Késia Miriam Santos de Araújo, coordenadora de serviços previdenciários do INSS.
- Como funciona a perícia na reabilitação profissional?
Ao ser encaminhada para o programa de reabilitação profissional, a pessoa passa a desenvolver atividades que ajudem na sua reintegração ao mercado de trabalho. Durante o período de um ano, a pessoa também receberá um benefício, no valor de um salário mínimo. Caso este período seja insuficiente para a reabilitação profissional, a pessoa continuará participando do programa mas, para isso, precisará também passar pela reavaliação da perícia médica a cada quatro meses.
- Quem precisará passar pela perícia?
A convocação atual atingirá as pessoas em processo de reabilitação que estão com data de interrupção vencida ou próximas do vencimento. Atualmente, existe um total de 150 mil segurados encaminhados ou já cumprindo Programa de Reabilitação Profissional no INSS. Desse total, serão convocadas cerca de 45.000 pessoas.
- Como será a convocação?
Os segurados serão convocados pelas Equipes de Reabilitação Profissional das Gerências Executivas do INSS em todo Brasil, por meio de carta de convocação, e-mail ou telefone, conforme dados constantes nos sistemas do INSS.
Por isso, é importante que as pessoas mantenham seus dados sempre atualizados no Meu INSS.
- Como será o agendamento?
Desde de setembro de 2022, as esquipes de reabilitação profissional do INSS já estão providenciando o agendamento das perícias. A pessoa deve aguardar o contato do INSS mas, caso tenha alguma dúvida, poderá ligar para a Central 135 ou acessar o aplicativo “Meu INSS” para acompanhamento de sua convocação.
Lembramos que o INSS não pede dados pessoais nem senhas por telefone. Os contatos serão meramente informativos e o segurado poderá confirmar as informações pelos canais remotos de atendimento (Meu INSS e 135).
- Posso perder meu benefício?
A reabilitação profissional do INSS tem caráter obrigatório. Por isso, cabe ao segurado atender as convocações do INSS, sob pena de interrupção do benefício.
É importante ficar atendo à data da perícia agendada e comparecer ao exame. O segurado em reabilitação que não realizar o exame pericial poderá ter o benefício suspenso.
