Nesta quarta-feira (7), será realizada a 3ª edição do Encontro de Educadores. Promovido pelo Senac, o evento em formato online e gratuito, é aberto ao público e contará com a participação da Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais. Nesta edição, o Encontro promoverá um espaço de reflexão e interação entre os educadores do Senac e da Rede Pública Estadual de Educação acerca da prática, dos desafios e das possibilidades que permeiam a formação e o trabalho docente, pautados no princípio da valorização e desenvolvimento dos profissionais. Interessados no tema e demais profissionais da educação também podem participar.
A programação do evento contará com palestra da professora Maria Flávia Bastos sobre a importância do papel de liderança dos profissionais de educação e com palestra magna do jornalista Caco Barcellos, que abordará os desafios da educação para uma transição da escola para o mercado de trabalho, que crie condições e amplie oportunidades, evidenciando a educação profissional como um caminho possível para essa necessária transformação.
Murillo Alencar, gerente educacional do Senac, pontua que “o Encontro de Educadores compõe o conjunto da nossa diretriz e estratégia de reposicionamento do processo de formação continuada”.
Conforme destaca o gestor, “a temática desta edição, ‘Educação para o Trabalho e Transformação social’, vai ao encontro das diferentes agendas que a educação profissional se compromete, como a da formação técnica, da inserção no mercado de trabalho, do desenvolvimento econômico e social. E também com os desafios que enfrenta, como o da continuidade dos estudos, o da alta evasão e aos indicadores de uma juventude sem trabalho e sem estudo, que tem aumentado no Brasil”.
Conforme salienta Alencar, a expectativa para o 3º Encontro de Educadores é “promover a educação profissional como uma das protagonistas de uma agenda para a competitividade e desenvolvimento econômico e social, bem como ampliar repertórios e reflexões juntos aos nossos alunos, docentes e parceiros”.
