O governador de Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema, anunciou na última sexta-feira (15) que o Estado irá incorporar, a partir de novembro deste ano, o 3º abono ao vencimento básico de 254 mil servidores da Educação Básica. Do total, quase 87 mil são servidores ativos e 167 mil são inativos.
“Equilibrando as contas e arrumando a casa, estamos tirando Minas do vermelho, pagando o salário em dia, quitando férias-prêmio atrasadas e, agora, garantindo um benefício importante àqueles que dedicam a vida para educar milhões de mineiros”, destacou o governador.
A incorporação do terceiro abono está prevista na Lei 21.710/2015. A medida implica um impacto financeiro mensal de R$ 14,5 milhões, sendo R$ 4,5 milhões na folha de pagamento dos ativos e R$ 10 milhões na dos inativos.
O ganho por servidor decorrente da incorporação depende do seu posicionamento na tabela de vencimento. Aqueles com posicionamento mais avançado, normalmente com maior tempo de serviço na carreira, terão ganho maior.
