Nesta quarta (24), o presidente do Sindicato Intermunicipal das Indústrias de Calçados de Nova Serrana – Sindinova, Rodrigo Amaral, recebeu o subsecretário de Habitação do Estado de Minas Gerais, Hugo Daysel, que faz parte da equipe da secretária de Desenvolvimento Social do Governo do Estado, deputada Alê Portela.
Na oportunidade foram discutidas políticas públicas de habitação de interesse social para a cidade. O enfrentamento do déficit habitacional é considerado um dos gargalos para o impulso do setor calçadista. Segundo estimativas oficiais, Nova Serrana possui um déficit habitacional de aproximadamente 3.000 moradias, representando cerca de 10% da demanda total estimada para os próximos anos, se considerado um crescimento populacional anual de 2,8% — superior à média estadual.
Durante a reunião, o Subsecretário de Política de Habitação, Hugo Daysel — que é natural de Nova Serrana — apresentou os programas habitacionais em andamento no Governo de Minas, com destaque para o programa habitacional “Moradas Gerais” voltado à promoção das melhorias habitacionais, além do Programa APE – Auxílio Porta de Entrada, voltado para famílias vulneráveis e que gastam mais de 30% de sua renda com o pagamento de aluguel. Ele destacou a importância da articulação entre o governo estadual, o legislativo local e entidades representativas do empresariado, como o Sindinova, para desenvolver soluções sustentáveis e eficazes.
Daysel ainda ressaltou o trabalho conjunto com a secretária de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social e deputada estadual, Alê Portela, que vem direcionando esforços para a ampliação de recursos destinados à habitação em regiões estratégicas como o Centro-Oeste mineiro. Assim, o Governo de Minas trabalhará num esforço conjunto visando buscar soluções habitacionais para Nova Serrana, através da Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social — Sedese. O subsecretário ressaltou a importância de que cada parte assuma seu papel para que de forma integrada e parceira se consiga avançar na oferta de moradias de qualidade.
O encontro contou também com a presença de membros da diretoria do Sindinova, dos vereadores Adilson Pacheco e Tainá Zumerli, além do secretário Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Aguinaldo Mendes. Os participantes reforçaram a necessidade de viabilização de novos empreendimentos habitacionais por meio de parcerias público-privadas (PPPs), além de buscar recursos federais e estaduais para atender à população em situação de vulnerabilidade, garantindo o direito à moradia.
