    TÉCNICOS VISITAM HOSPITAL SANTA MÔNICA; UNIDADE PODE RECEBER PACIENTES COM COVID-19

    Técnicos da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES-MG) estiveram em Nova Serrana na sexta (19), conhecendo a sede do Hospital Santa Mônica. O objetivo foi conhecer as instalações do hospital, que agora se apresentam como mais uma opção neste momento crítico de enfrentamento à pandemia do coronavírus. Junto com os técnicos da SES, a secretária de Saúde Glaucia Sbampato também participou da visita.

    – Parceria

    A prefeitura de Nova Serrana fez uma cessão com encargos de uma área de 11.765,00 m², localizada no bairro Francisco Lucas para a construção do hospital. O valor do terreno é de R$ 4.647.175,00. O valor do terreno cedido (R$4,6 milhões) foi (e ainda está) revertido em atendimentos de casos de urgência encaminhados pela UPA de Nova Serrana, para o Hospital Santa Mônica de Divinópolis, até a conclusão das obras. Atualmente, o município de Nova Serrana ainda possui mais de 600 mil reais de saldo pelo convênio firmado.

    No total, mais de 150 milhões de reais foram investidos na construção e compra de equipamentos do Hospital Santa Mônica – Unidade Nova Serrana.

    Em 2020, O Grupo NotreDrame Intermédica (GDNI) comprou o controle do Grupo Santa Mônica, que conta com diversas unidades, entre elas, o Hospital Santa Mônica de Nova Serrana.
