A Promotoria de Justiça da Comarca de Nova Serrana está com inscrições abertas para estágio remunerado. As inscrições para o processo seletivo de estagiários de pós-graduação em Direito terminam na sexta-feira (21).
De acordo com o edital, disponível no site do Ministério Público (MPMG), será ofertada uma vaga, além de formação de cadastro de reserva.
A carga horária é de seis horas diárias, correspondente a 30 horas semanais, e o valor da bolsa é de R$1.446,00. O estagiário também receberá auxílio transporte no valor de R$9,00 por dia de atividade.

No que diz respeito à classificação dos candidatos inscritos, será realizada uma prova objetiva, de caráter eliminatório e classificatório, composta por questões objetivas e/ou discursiva, no qual envolverá os temas de Direito Penal, Processo Penal e Execução Penal.
É importante destacar que a prova está prevista para ser aplicada no dia 27 de janeiro de 2022, com inicio às 13h30, e quatro horas de duração, na Faculdade FANS de Nova Serrana – Rua Lígia Rodrigues, 600, Bairro Fausto Pinto da Fonseca.
O prazo de validade da seleção será de seis meses, prorrogáveis por igual período, contado da divulgação do resultado final.
