O Governo de Minas, por meio da Secretaria de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG), disponibiliza o serviço de indicação do real condutor infrator pela Carteira Digital de Trânsito (CDT). A funcionalidade faz a transferência dos pontos da carteira de habilitação para quem, de fato, cometeu a infração, de maneira 100% on-line.
Com esse recurso, quando o proprietário emprestar o veículo para outro condutor, ficará mais fácil transferir os pontos caso aconteça alguma infração, sem necessidade de encaminhar a documentação via Correios ou comparecer presencialmente a uma unidade de atendimento.
O objetivo é simplificar, ampliar as opções de atendimento ao cidadão e promover a digitalização dos processos realizados pela Coordenadoria Estadual de Gestão de Trânsito (CET-MG).
Como realizar o serviço na CDT
O primeiro passo para o proprietário do veículo e o real condutor infrator é baixar o aplicativo da CDT, da Secretaria Nacional de Trânsito (Senatran). CLIQUE AQUI NESTE LINK Ele está disponível para Android e iOS e reúne os documentos de habilitação e do veículo em formato digital.
Tanto o proprietário do veículo quanto o motorista que tiver cometido a irregularidade precisam ter selo prata ou ouro na conta gov.br, do Governo Federal. Primeiro, o proprietário do veículo acessa a CDT e, no aplicativo, preenche o nome e o CPF de quem estava conduzindo o veículo no momento em que a infração de trânsito foi registrada.
Depois, o condutor responsável também deve acessar a CDT, em que receberá uma comunicação e precisará confirmar sua responsabilidade pela infração indicada. Ele assumirá a penalidade apenas para aquelas que for indicado.
O prazo para a efetivação desse procedimento é de 30 dias, contados a partir da data de notificação da infração, que é o primeiro aviso sobre a autuação e é enviada por meio dos Correios ao endereço do proprietário do veículo. (COM AGÊNCIA MINAS)
