A Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag) deu início a um processo seletivo, por meio do Transforma Minas, para o cargo de diretor Central de Atendimento Presencial. A área é responsável, entre outras funções, pela gestão das 31 Unidades de Atendimento Integrado (UAIs) do Estado.
Além de gerenciar as UAIs, o profissional selecionado também terá como atribuição definir políticas e diretrizes para expansão da oferta de serviços públicos presenciais em articulação com órgãos e entidades da administração pública.
Para se candidatar, é necessário ter formação superior concluída há, no mínimo, cinco anos e experiência profissional em administração, gestão de pessoas e processos de atendimento ao cliente ou cidadão.

O Transforma Minas é um programa de gestão de pessoas do Governo do Estado, que seleciona profissionais, com base em competências, para vagas em posições estratégicas e cargos de liderança no Estado.
Desde o lançamento, o programa já realizou mais de 190 processos seletivos em 14 órgãos estaduais, além de atuar em frentes de desenvolvimento e desempenho profissional para a administração pública estadual.
