O governador Romeu Zema anunciou, na noite desta segunda-feira (15), que a partir desta quarta-feira (17), todas as regiões de Minas Gerais entrarão na onda roxa, para conter a disseminação da covid-19. A princípio, a medida terá validade por 15 dias.

Zema afirmou que a situação atual é a mais grave desde o início da pandemia, em que os hospitais estão no limite de leitos disponíveis e muitas pessoas não estão respeitando as medidas de isolamento.

O comandante-geral da Polícia Militar, coronel Rodrigo Rodrigues, disse que a corporação vai atuar de forma ainda mais integrada com as guardas municipais para garantir que as recomendações previstas para a onda roxa sejam cumpridas nos municípios. “Vamos reforçar os nossos turnos, principalmente nos horários de 15h às 23h e 23h até as 6h, para evitar a circulação. Onde não há guardas municipais, a própria Polícia Militar está sendo orientada para dar esse apoio aos municípios. Principalmente em relação a aglomerações em sítios, pessoas fazendo churrasco”, explicou.

Veja as medidas impostas na onda roxa:

– Funcionamento apenas do serviço essencial

– Suspensão de cirurgias eletivas

– Restrição de circulação de pessoas (só poderão sair de casa para atividades essenciais)

– Toque de recolher das 20h às 5h e aos finais de semana

– Proibição de pessoas sem máscara em qualquer espaço público ou de uso coletivo, ainda que privado

– Proibição de circulação de pessoas com sintomas de gripe, a menos que estejam indo para consulta médica

– Proibição de eventos públicos ou privados

– Proibição de reuniões presenciais, inclusive entre parentes que não morem na mesma casa

– Implantação de barreiras sanitárias de vigilância

– Fechamento de bares e restaurantes (funcionamento apenas por delivery)

Atividades autorizadas:

I – setor de saúde, incluindo unidades hospitalares e de atendimento e consultórios;

II – indústria, logística de montagem e de distribuição, e comércio de fármacos, farmácias, drogarias, óticas, materiais clínicos e hospitalares;

III – hipermercados, supermercados, mercados, açougues, peixarias, hortifrutigranjeiros, padarias, quitandas, centros de abastecimento de alimentos, lojas de conveniência, lanchonetes, de água mineral e de alimentos para animais;

IV – produção, distribuição e comercialização de combustíveis e derivados;

V – distribuidoras de gás;

VI – oficinas mecânicas, borracharias, autopeças, concessionárias e revendedoras de veículos automotores de qualquer natureza, inclusive as de máquinas agrícolas e afins;

VII – restaurantes em pontos ou postos de paradas nas rodovias;

VIII – agências bancárias e similares;

IX – cadeia industrial de alimentos;

X – agrossilvipastoris e agroindustriais;

XI – telecomunicação, internet, imprensa, tecnologia da informação e processamento de dados, tais como gestão, desenvolvimento, suporte e manutenção de hardware, software, hospedagem e conectividade;

XII – construção civil;

XIII – setores industriais, desde que relacionados à cadeia produtiva de serviços e produtos essenciais;

XIV – lavanderias;

XV – assistência veterinária e pet shops;

XVI – transporte e entrega de cargas em geral;

XVII – call center;

XVIII – locação de veículos de qualquer natureza, inclusive a de máquinas agrícolas e afins;

XIX – assistência técnica em máquinas, equipamentos, instalações, edificações e atividades correlatas, tais como a de eletricista e bombeiro hidráulico;

XX – controle de pragas e de desinfecção de ambientes;

XXI – atendimento e atuação em emergências ambientais;

XXII – comércio atacadista e varejista de insumos para confecção de equipamentos de proteção individual – EPI e clínico-hospitalares, tais como tecidos, artefatos de tecidos e aviamento;

XXIII – de representação judicial e extrajudicial, assessoria e consultoria jurídicas;

XXIV – relacionados à contabilidade;

XXV – serviços domésticos e de cuidadores e terapeutas;

XXVI – hotelaria, hospedagem, pousadas, motéis e congêneres para uso de trabalhadores de serviços essenciais, como residência ou local para isolamento em caso de suspeita ou confirmação de covid-19;

XXVII – atividades de ensino presencial referentes ao último período ou semestre dos cursos da área de saúde;

XXVIII – transporte privado individual de passageiros, solicitado por aplicativos ou outras plataformas de comunicação em rede.

As atividades e serviços essenciais acima deverão seguir o protocolo sanitário previstos pelo plano Minas Consciente e priorizar o funcionamento interno e a prestação dos serviços na modalidade remota e por entrega de produtos.

As atividades de operacionalização interna dos estabelecimentos comerciais e as atividades comerciais que se realizarem por meio de aplicativos, internet, telefone ou outros instrumentos similares, e de entrega de mercadorias em domicílio ou de retirada em balcão, vedado o consumo no próprio estabelecimento, estão permitidas, desde que respeitados o protocolo citado acima.
