    VEREADORES SE REÚNEM COM GERENTE DA CAIXA PARA DEBATEREM SOBRE PROJETO DE 1000 MORADIAS

    Recentemente, foi protocolado na Câmara Municipal o Projeto de Lei 036/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo, para que os vereadores analisassem e aprovassem a permuta de imóveis para a construção de 1000 casas de padrão popular em Nova Serrana.

    O projeto prevê a permuta de imóveis de propriedade da Arvoredo Empreendimento Imobiliário SPE LTDA por outras áreas do município. Ao tomarem conhecimento sobre a proposta, os parlamentares foram conhecer as áreas relacionadas ao projeto. E para esclarecer mais todos os pontos sobre a permuta e posterior construção das casas, o gerente geral da Caixa Econômica Federal, Philipe Pereira de Castro Daldegan, e a gerente de pessoas físicas da agência de Nova Serrana, Regina Pereira dos Santos, se reuniu com os vereadores nesta terça-feira (3).

    “Já existiu aqui na cidade um programa habitacional que atendia beneficiários com prestações quase que simbólicas. Mas não há mais no Brasil este tipo de programa para atender a pessoas com menor poder aquisitivo. E, sendo assim, as prefeituras vem buscando outras formas de viabilizar a construção de moradia popular. A forma encontrada foi a oficialização de uma parceria entre as prefeituras, a Caixa e as construtoras, onde o município doa os lotes para os beneficiários, diminuindo o preço dos imóveis do empreendimento”, explicou Daldegan.

    De acordo com Philipe, o programa ajudará principalmente as famílias que não possuem recursos para dar entrada em um financiamento da casa própria. Sendo assim, é necessário que o município ceda os lotes com a infraestrutura para a construção das casas. Essa construção será feita em módulos de aproximadamente 250 unidades.

    O presidente da Câmara, vereador Cabral, enfatizou que neste momento inicial o projeto que está sendo analisado trata apenas da permuta dos terrenos.

    “É importante esclarecer que o projeto que estamos analisando agora trata da permuta entre áreas para a possível construção das casas. Futuramente será preciso outro projeto que definirá os critérios que deverão ser seguidos com a escala de pontuação para efetivação do beneficio”.

    O gerente também esclareceu que a previsão é de que as casas sejam entregues por módulos, no prazo de 24 meses após a assinatura dos contratos.
