Eliane Soares de Brito, 34 anos, trabalhava na tarde do dia 9 de março deste ano no bairro laranjeiras em Nova Serrana, quando foi incomodada pelo ex-namorado, Joelsson Mendes da Silva, 32 anos, para reatar o relacionamento, o qual durou 5 anos, mas há um mês havia chegado ao fim. Diante da negativa, o homem decidiu também pôr fim à vida de Eliane: sacou uma pistola 9mm e disparou contra ela. Em seguida, atirou na própria cabeça e morreu no local. Eliane chegou a ser socorrida, mas não resistiu aos ferimentos.
A filha de Eliane, de apenas 15 anos na época, viu toda a cena e, em choque, a adolescente ficou sob os cuidados da tia dela. Este foi só mais um caso em que “inconformado com o término” (sic), o homem se sente no direito de tirar a vida da mulher. Algumas vezes a dele também. Isso, porque segundo especialistas, na sociedade patriarcal a mulher é vista como objeto e não enquanto sujeito.
A pesquisadora feminista e professora universitária Marlise Matos explica que o patriarcado é um sistema que ordena as relações sociais, políticas, econômicas, e até mesmo simbólicas, tendo como base o homem como aquele que detém o exercício do poder, a autoridade moral e o controle dos valores e sentidos. Segundo ela, a sociedade patriarcal é “altamente hierarquizada e o centro do poder é essa figura do patriarca e do patriarcado racista cis-hétero-normativo que controla, se apresenta, se organiza e se define como centro, foco hegemônico do controle e do poder. Nesse sentido, aqueles que estão fora dessa identidade hegemônica, são percebidos como objetos”. Dessa forma, esses sujeitos objetificados são oprimidos, desqualificados e dominados já que essa dominação seria necessária para garantir a hierarquia e a organização desse sistema sócio-político.
– Índice de feminicídios e estupros em Nova Serrana
De acordo com dados da Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública (Sejusp), em 2018 a Polícia Civil de Nova Serrana havia registrado quatro tentativas de feminicídio e uma consumação. No ano seguinte, foram duas tentativas. Já no ano passado, três mulheres foram vítimas de feminicídio e uma sofreu tentativa, mas felizmente sobreviveu. Neste ano, até o fechamento desta edição, a PC registrou apenas o triste caso de Eliane.
Ainda conforme a Sejusp, quando o assunto é estupro consumado foram registrados nove casos em 2020 e cinco e em 2021. No ano passado, não houve registro de tentativas, enquanto neste uma já foi notificada aos órgãos de segurança.
No caso da natureza criminal “estupro de vulnerável”, a lei classifica como vulnerável indivíduos de 0 a 13 anos e também outras vítimas incapazes de se defender, por diversos motivos, como alcoolizadas, acamadas, com alguma deficiência física e/ou mental, por exemplo, ainda que maiores de 18 anos. Nesta categoria, foram 14 vítimas em 2020 e 7 neste ano. Todos fatos consumados, não houve registro de tentativa.
Os dados referentes a 2021 são correspondem aos meses de janeiro a junho. As estatísticas de julho ainda não foram atualizadas.
Segundo a Polícia Civil, a delegacia de Nova Serrana tem atualmente sob investigação, 10 casos de estupro, duas tentativas de homicídio e um consumado.
Atuação da Casa Mais Mulher
Desde sua inauguração, em março de 2019, o Centro de Referência de Atendimento à Mulher em Situação de Violência (Cram – Casa Mais Mulher) já atendeu mais de 250 mulheres. Foram realizados mais de 1.600 atendimentos e mais de 2.346 ações de monitoramento. As ações de monitoramento são as articulações com a rede, encaminhamentos, visitas e contatos telefônicos com as usuárias. “Conseguimos também ajudar através da política de abrigamento, mais de 16 mulheres que, ou foram abrigadas ou conseguiram sair do município”, conta a coordenadora da Cram, Jassiara Santos. Segundo ela, somente este ano, já foram realizados mais de 700 atendimentos com 130 mulheres.
“Salientamos que esses dados são perpassados pelo cenário de pandemia que o país está vivenciando há mais de 1 ano, que agravou e muito a situação de mulheres que estavam/estão em situação de violência. Nesse cenário, conforme tem apontado várias pesquisas, como o Anuário Brasileiro de Segurança Pública, nas atualizações de 19/10/2020 e 15/07/2021, muitas mulheres não conseguiram ou tiveram dificuldade de comparecer nas delegacias para denunciar seus agressores e requererem outras medidas de proteção e consequentemente de buscarem atendimento especializado. Temos cada vez que divulgar a rede protetiva existente em Nova Serrana, como a DEAM, a Polícia Militar e divulgar o serviço da Casa Mais Mulher, que existe para atender as mulheres em situação de violência e também para trabalhar a prevenção junto à comunidade”, explica.
A coordenadora conta também que o atendimento visa promover a ruptura da situação de violência e a construção da cidadania por meio de ações globais e de atendimento interdisciplinar (psicológico, social, jurídico, de orientação e informação) à mulher em situação de violência. Além disso, a Casa Mais Mulher realiza atividades de prevenção junto à comunidade, a qualificação de profissionais e a articulação com a rede local de atendimento.
A denúncia ainda é a melhor arma contra a violência. E neste mês comemoramos os 15 anos da Lei Maria da Penha, um importante marco jurídico na proteção da mulher e no combate à violência doméstica. Ainda que tenhamos conquistado consideráveis avanços políticos e sociais, o debate constante sobre o tema é fundamental, visando à construção de políticas públicas cada vez mais eficientes e o envolvimento de toda sociedade na luta pelos direitos da mulher. O compromisso é todos.
