Vítimas de violência doméstica têm, agora, mais um importante canal para registrar ocorrências junto à Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG). O serviço de registro de Boletim de Ocorrência (BO) foi disponibilizado no MG app Cidadão, aplicativo oficial do Governo de Minas, administrado pela Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag). O app é gratuito e está disponível para Android e iOS, com mais 70 serviços públicos para a população
A delegada-chefe do Departamento de Investigação, Orientação e Proteção à Família (Defam) da PCMG, Carolina Bechelany, destaca que o registro ao alcance das mãos pode salvar vidas. “Por meio do MG app, as vítimas podem registar ocorrências dos crimes de lesão corporal, ameaça, vias de fato e descumprimento de medida protetiva. Além disso, ao fazer o registro, elas também podem solicitar medidas protetivas de urgência”, reforça.
Para efetivar o boletim, a vítima não precisa comparecer, no primeiro momento, a uma delegacia, uma vez que os contatos serão feitos por canais virtuais informados no próprio registro. “Nesse momento de pandemia, é fundamental oferecer ferramentas virtuais para que as denúncias sejam feitas sem que a vítima precise sair de casa”, avalia Carolina. Atualmente, já é possível realizar o registro por meio da Delegacia Virtual.
Para acessar o serviço no MG app, basta clicar na aba “Segurança”. Nesta área, os cidadãos também conseguem, entre outras funcionalidades, registrar ocorrência de perda de documentos e objetos, emitir atestado de antecedentes criminais e localizar delegacias e unidades de atendimento da Polícia Militar.
