Um homem de 39 anos, foi preso ontem (26), na região de Pará de Minas, por abusar da filha de 6 anos durante uma transmissão ao vivo na internet. A ação ocorreu em conjunto com os policiais civis de Minas Gerais e Goiás; o celular dele e um caderno da vítima foram apreendidos. De acordo com a Civil, o homem confessou a autoria dos vídeos.
De acordo com a titular da Delegacia Estadual de Repressão a Crimes Cibernéticos da PCGO, delegada Sabrina Leves de Lima, as investigações começaram a partir do recebimento de denúncia de uma testemunha, com informações de que um homem estaria transmitindo imagens de uma criança nua em um aplicativo de celular. Além disso, estaria exibindo a prática de atos libidinosos na vítima, conforme os usuários solicitavam, em troca de criptomoedas, que posteriormente poderiam ser convertidas em real. Com a denúncia, ainda foram apresentados trechos de vídeos produzidos pelo investigado.
Após as apurações realizadas pela PCGO, a investigação foi encaminhada à PCMG, que representou judicialmente pela prisão do investigado e pela busca e apreensão domiciliar. “Questionado sobre os fatos, o pai da criança confessou a autoria dos vídeos. Ao final do inquérito, ele poderá ser indiciado pelos crimes de estupro de vulnerável e satisfação de lascívia mediante presença de criança”, informa o delegado Douglas Barcelos, responsável pelas investigações na Delegacia Regional em Pará de Minas.
Conforme apurado, suspeito e vítima são moradores de uma pequena cidade do interior de Minas Gerais. O nome do município não foi divulgado. Além disso, as informações levantadas pela Polícia Civil de Goiás apontam que o homem possui intenso contato com a filha e ostenta, em sua foto de perfil em um aplicativo, uma imagem na qual ele aparece beijando a boca da menina.
O delegado regional em Pará de Minas, Carlos Henrique Gomes Bueno, destaca o trabalho executado pelas equipes. “A prisão desse investigado só foi possível graças à atuação integrada das polícias civis de Minas Gerais e de Goiás”, pontua. E a delegada Sabrina Leves reforça que o resultado alcançado “foi possível pela atitude corajosa da denunciante e pelo trabalho policial em conjunto, o que certamente resultou no acolhimento da criança”.
As investigações foram realizadas pela Delegacia Estadual de Repressão a Crimes Cibernéticos da PCGO, com apoio da PCMG em Pará de Minas e Pitangui.
