“Caso o cliente sinta que pode estar caindo em um golpe, o primeiro passo é entrar em contato com a empresa para apurar a legitimidade da cobrança. Uma das opções mais simples é verificar a conta devida utilizando o Whatsapp da companhia, por meio do número (31) 3506-1160. Outra possibilidade é pelo Cemig Atende Web (atende.cemig.com.br). O cliente também pode entrar em contato com o telefone 116, que funciona 24 horas e verificar a veracidade do débito”, orienta o gerente de Recuperação de Receita da Cemig, Wellington Cancian.
Para realizar o pagamento da conta de energia por meio do PIX, utilizando a fatura física, basta o cliente fazer a leitura do QRcode com a câmera do celular e pagar a fatura pelo aplicativo do seu banco. O QRCode está presente no campo “Reaviso de contas vencidas/ Débitos anteriores” da conta ou ao lado do código de barras tradicional.
As segundas-vias das contas emitidas nos canais de atendimento também disponibilizam a opção para pagamento via PIX. Caso o cliente deseje pagar dessa forma e sua fatura física ainda não possua a opção, basta solicitar a segunda-via digital por meio do Cemig Atende Web (atende.cemig.com.br) ou pelo WhatsApp (número 31 3506-1160).
Se o cliente optar por utilizar o aplicativo Cemig Atende, há mais uma facilidade: pelo aplicativo, além da fatura digital com o QRCode PIX, existe a opção “Copia-Cola” do código PIX para permitir o pagamento em seu banco digital de preferência, sem a necessidade de utilização da câmera do celular.
Em todas as opções, antes de concluir o pagamento, confira os dados que aparecem no cadastro: deve aparecer o nome da Cemig como beneficiário, juntamente com o mesmo CNPJ impresso na fatura de energia.
