    ATENDIMENTOS PARA SEGURO-DESEMPREGO SÃO REALIZADOS APENAS POR CELULAR EM MG

    A Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social (Sedese) comunicou por meio de nota que, desde sexta-feira (19), as agendas para atendimento de Seguro-Desemprego são feitas exclusivamente de forma on-line, devido à implementação de uma nova rotina no sistema Seguro-Desemprego. O cidadão não ficará sem atendimento para solicitar o benefício e deve utilizar os canais digitais aplicativo CTPS Digital e site Emprega Brasil, sem necessidade de comparecer presencialmente à unidade.

    A suspensão temporária se faz necessária uma vez que os colaboradores das unidades UAIs não possuem autorização para o uso desta ferramenta. Conforme estabelecido pelo Ministério da Economia, essa nova rotina implementada requer obrigatoriamente o uso do celular pessoal do atendente para fazer autenticação no sistema.

    Diante disto, o Estado de Minas Gerais reportou ao Ministério da Economia a impossibilidade de adesão à ferramenta neste momento, até que haja parecer das empresas, órgãos e entidades envolvidas sobre as implicações jurídicas, trabalhistas e estruturais relacionadas diretamente ao uso do equipamento pessoal do atendente.

    Será feito novo comunicado ao público, assim que a situação estiver resolvida e, consequentemente, seja reaberta a agenda de atendimentos para Seguro-Desemprego nos postos do Sine dentro das Unidades de Atendimento Integrado (UAIs).

    Para acessar o aplicativo CTPS Digital baixe nas lojas virtuais, disponível para Android e iOS. O site é o empregabrasil.mte.gov.br/.
