A Polícia Civil cumpriu mandados de prisão e de busca e apreensão contra um homem, de 50 anos, por ter praticado sequestro, cárcere privado e estupro da ex- esposa, no município de Itaúna. O homem, que também é investigado pelo homicídio do ex-cunhado, foi preso no último sábado (27).
O delegado Leonardo Moreira Pio revela que o sequestro ocorreu mediante o emprego de fraude, haja vista que o investigado entrou em contato com o cunhado oferecendo um emprego a ex-companheira. “No dia 15 de dezembro, a vítima foi até o local da suposta proposta de trabalho, onde o investigado a sequestrou e a estuprou. Não satisfeito, no dia 28 de dezembro, ele voltou a procurar a vítima ameaçando-a de morte, após ela ter denunciado as agressões. Além disso, ele dizia que caso ela não reatasse o relacionamento até o início de fevereiro de 2021, ele mataria algum familiar dela”, conta.
O ex-cunhado dele foi assassinado no dia 31 de janeiro deste ano. Na ocasião, a vítima foi surpreendida por dois homens, que desceram de dois veículos e efetuaram disparos de arma, atingindo-a na barriga. “Em seguida, a vítima entrou em luta corporal com os indivíduos e tentou fugir, contudo, foi alcançada pela dupla que, utilizando-se de um instrumento perfuro cortante passou a golpeá-la, e com a arma de fogo efetuaram mais disparos”, detalha o delegado João Marcos do Amaral. Ele ainda acrescenta que o crime ocorreu em frente à casa da mãe da vítima e foi presenciado pela irmã, esposa e filhos dela.
O suspeito, que já possui diversos antecedentes criminais, foi conduzido ao sistema prisional, onde se encontra à disposição da Justiça. As investigações continuam com o objetivo de confirmar a autoria e identificar o segundo envolvido no homicídio.
