A Superintendência de Cultura de Nova Serrana, vinculada à Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura, informa que os editais da Lei Paulo Gustavo foram publicados na edição do Diário Oficial do Município de Nova Serrana (DOME), na sexta (10/11).
Conforme o superintendente de Cultura, Hudson Bruno Lemos, a previsão inicial foi superada por entraves burocráticos. “Quando fizemos a escuta pública com os fazedores de cultura, artistas e demais interessados, informamos que as previsões poderiam ser superadas, considerando a complexidade burocrática do processo. Neste intervalo de tempo, conseguimos destravar a adequação orçamentária, sendo a mesma analisada e aprovada na Câmara Municipal. Não haveria como acelerar ou pular etapas. É tudo muito novo e a nossa dificuldade é a mesma de centenas de município país afora”, afirmou.

Editais publicados e inscrições abertas a partir desta segunda (13)
Com os editais publicados, a partir desta segunda (13), estão abertas as inscrições nas modalidades “Apoio ao Audiovisual” – Edital 01/2023 e Demais Áreas da Cultura Edital -02/2023. Os critérios estão estabelecidos nos dois editais. A Lei Paulo Gustavo (Lei Complementar n.º 195/2022) viabiliza o maior investimento direto no setor cultural da história do Brasil. Nova Serrana foi contemplada com recursos de R$ 919.474,23. Conforme a lei e o plano de ação aprovado, a metade, 487 mil reais serão investidos em projetos de produção audiovisual (Produção de videoclipes e Documentário). Aproximadamente 265 mil reais para outras áreas da Cultura (Celebrações protegidas como Patrimônio Imaterial no município e premiações para demais áreas da Cultura); 111 mil reais em apoio a sala de Cinema e 55 mil reais para capacitação, formação e qualificação no audiovisual.
Processo antecedido pela participação de agentes culturais
A Superintendência de Cultura vinculada à Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura de Nova Serrana realizou em 24 de agosto, uma escuta pública relacionada a Lei Complementar 195, de 08 de julho de 2022 – Lei Paulo Gustavo.
A oitiva teve a finalidade de alinhar o formato das propostas, mediante as exigências da lei e decreto federal que regulamenta a iniciativa. Na reunião que envolveu 70 pessoas, ocorrida no auditório do Centro Administrativo, os agentes culturais tiveram a oportunidade de opinar na confecção dos editais.
