Na noite de terça (7), a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), desarticulou a ação de suspeitos por uso e tráfico de drogas, no Centro de Nova Serrana.
O local, na rua Francisco Fonseca, às margens do ribeirão Fartura, bem no Centro da cidade, não possui iluminação pública e tem sido tomado por usuários e tráfico.
A equipe do GOC (Grupamento de Operações com Cães) que conta com a cadela Vicky, cercou o local com a ajuda de outras viaturas. Um suspeito, de 32 anos, tentou fugir dispensando pedras similares a crack, mas foi detido. Com ele foi encontrado sete pedras similares a crack e R$ 20,00. Outra suspeita, de 60 anos, possuía mais nove pedras similares a crack e a quantia de R$689,30. Com os demais abordados não foi localizado nenhum ilícito, sendo liberados em seguida. Os suspeitos foram detidos em flagrante pelo crime de tráfico de drogas, sendo conduzidos para a UPA para exames de corpo de delito e posterior para a Delegacia de Polícia Civil.
