Um rapaz de 20 anos foi preso na tarde desta quarta-feira (3), no Centro de Nova Serrana. Ele havia acabado de assaltar um estabelecimento.
Segundo a Polícia Militar (PM), a vítima contou que o autor chegou ao comércio em uma bicicleta e, de posse de uma faca, ameaçou-a e roubou cerca de R$ 300. Em seguida, fugiu.
Diante das informações, a PM realizou um cerco nos possíveis locais de fuga e conseguiu encontrá-lo.
A faca utilizada no crime foi apreendida e a quantia de R$335,00 foi recuperada. O autor foi levado à Delegacia de Polícia Civil para demais providências.
