Eleitores sem biometria cadastrada podem acessar os serviços eleitorais pela internet, chamados Título Net (acesse clicando aqui), somente até esta segunda-feira (8). Depois desse prazo, o eleitor sem as digitais cadastradas precisará ir a um cartório eleitoral até o dia 8 de maio para ser atendido e poder votar nas eleições municipais, marcadas para outubro.

Segundo a Justiça Eleitoral, os eleitores com a biometria em dia podem continuar utilizando os serviços pela internet. É possível ver qual é a situação cadastral no site do TSE.
O dia 8 de maio é o prazo final para regularizar a situação eleitoral, solicitar transferência de domicílio e atualizar dados cadastrais. Após essa data, esses serviços ficarão indisponíveis, pois a Justiça Eleitoral passará a se dedicar a organização das eleições municipais.

Quem for tirar o título pela primeira vez precisa ir a um cartório eleitoral para coletar a biometria, que é gratuita. Esse cadastro evita que uma pessoa vote no lugar de outra e permite identificar se um eleitor tem mais de um registro eleitoral.
A Justiça Eleitoral alerta que apenas fazer o pedido pela internet não é garantia da emissão do título ou a regularização eleitoral. É necessário anexar os documentos exigidos.
