Seis pessoas foram presas na manhã desta sexta-feira (17), nos municípios de Pitangui e Nova Serrana. As prisões são resultado da Operação Ocupação, realizada pelas polícias Civil e Militar e Ministério Público.
Segundo informado pela PM, a ação consiste no cumprimento de Mandados de Busca e Apreensão e Mandados de Prisão, além de abordagens a pessoas e veículos em situações suspeitas.
Até o momento, foram presas cinco pessoas em Pitangui por mandados de prisão: uma mulher de 28 anos, dois rapazes de 18, um homem de 22 e outro de 23 anos. Eles são suspeitos de estarem envolvidos em roubos. Também foram apreendidos um revólver cal. 32 com cinco munições e uma réplica de arma de fogo.
Já em Nova Serrana, um homem de 22 anos também foi preso por Mandado de Prisão. Ele é suspeito de envolvimento com homicídio.
A operação conta com o apoio do Grupamento Especializado em Recobrimento (GER), militares da ROCCA com emprego de cão de faro pertencentes à 7ª Cia Ind PE e com o emprego da Aeronave do COMAVE.
