EMPRESÁRIO DO SETOR CALÇADISTA QUE AMEAÇOU DEMITIR FUNCIONÁRIOS É INVESTIGADO POR ASSÉDIO ELEITORAL

Um empregador do setor calçadista está sendo investigado pelo Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) por assédio eleitoral. A identidade dele não foi revelada à imprensa.

A investigação começou após uma denúncia ao órgão. Por meio de vídeos postados em suas redes sociais, o homem ameaça trabalhadores de demissão em massa caso o candidato Jair Bolsonaro (PL) não vença as Eleições 2022. Diante disso, a Procuradoria do Trabalho no Município de Governador Valadares abriu investigação que resultou na assinatura de um Termo de Ajuste de Conduta (TAC), na última semana, pelo qual o empregador se comprometeu a suspender a prática ilícita.

Conforme o MPT, o compromissário deverá divulgar em todas suas mídias sociais ativas uma retratação. Em caso de descumprimento, o valor da multa será de R$10 mil por cada cláusula, acrescida de R$5 mil por trabalhador prejudicado.

Com a assinatura do TAC, o empregador se comprometeu a:

– Abster-se de divulgar ou praticar quaisquer condutas que, por meio de assédio eleitoral, assédio moral, discriminação, violação da intimidade, ou abuso de poder, intentem coagir, intimidar ou influenciar o voto de quaisquer de seus eventuais empregados ou de empregados de terceiros nas Eleições 2022;

– A não divulgar ou praticar condutas consistentes em obrigar ou induzir trabalhadores para realização de qualquer atividade ou manifestação política em favor ou desfavor a qualquer candidato ou partido político;

– A abster-se de divulgar quaisquer condutas consistentes em assédio eleitoral, assédio moral ou graves ameaças, nos termos do art. 301 do Código Eleitoral, em especial aquelas que façam menção à dispensa em massa ou retaliação a empregados próprios ou de terceiros.
